Private Alpha Terms

These terms cover the public access request and any later invitation to the controlled WorkoutAgent Private Alpha. Requesting access does not guarantee an invitation.

1. Alpha status

AptiveAgent is a personal independent software project. WorkoutAgent is experimental, incomplete, and may change, pause, or be withdrawn without notice. Features and data formats may change during testing.

2. Eligibility and account responsibility

You must be at least 18 years old and submit only an email address you control. If invited, you are responsible for safeguarding your login details and for activity performed through your account.

3. Fitness and medical boundary

WorkoutAgent provides general informational and organisational assistance for self-directed fitness planning. It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, emergency services, or a substitute for professional advice. AI-assisted outputs may be inaccurate or unsuitable. You must review all suggestions and make your own decisions.

Consult an appropriately qualified professional before beginning or changing activity if you have a health condition, injury, symptoms, concerns, or uncertainty. Stop and seek appropriate care if you feel unwell.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • misrepresent your identity or submit another person's email;
  • probe, disrupt, overload, scrape, or bypass site safeguards;
  • use the service for unlawful or harmful activity; or
  • treat generated content as professional medical instruction.

5. Communications

By submitting the request form, you ask us to contact you about Alpha access. If an account is created, we may also send requested verification, password-reset, and security messages. These are transactional communications, not marketing.

6. Availability and liability

The Alpha is provided on an “as available” basis for evaluation. To the extent permitted by law, AptiveAgent does not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free outputs, or suitability for a particular fitness objective. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

7. Ending participation

You may ask to withdraw your Alpha request or close an invited account by emailing support@aptiveagent.com. Access may be suspended for safety, security, abuse prevention, or Alpha capacity reasons.
