1. Who is responsible
AptiveAgent is a personal independent software project developing WorkoutAgent. Privacy questions and deletion requests can be sent to support@aptiveagent.com.
Privacy Notice
The current public site collects only the email address and consent record needed to process a Private Alpha request. It does not collect health, workout, or nutrition data.
2. What this website collects
When you request Private Alpha access, we collect:
- the email address you enter;
- the version of the consent language you accepted;
- submission time and request status; and
- a short-lived pseudonymous abuse-prevention signal derived from request metadata, not the raw IP address.
Standard infrastructure logs may temporarily include technical data such as request time, route, browser type, and network information for security and reliability.
3. Why we use it
We use this data only to receive and review your Alpha request, prevent abusive automated submissions, contact you about requested access, and operate the site safely. We do not sell your data or use this form for advertising, profiling, newsletters, or promotional campaigns.
4. Email communications
If transactional email is activated, messages will be limited to Alpha access confirmation, account verification, password resets requested by the account owner, and security-related account notices. We do not use purchased, rented, scraped, imported, or third-party email lists.
5. Storage and service providers
The public site and its structured Alpha request data are hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure. Transactional email is planned to be delivered through Resend after service approval. These providers process data only to provide infrastructure and delivery services.
6. Retention and your choices
Pending Alpha requests are kept only while the Alpha programme is active or until you ask us to delete your request. Abuse-prevention counters expire after a short operational window. You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing support@aptiveagent.com from the address concerned.
7. Age and product boundary
The Private Alpha is intended for adults. This website is not directed to children and is not a medical or emergency service. Do not submit health or medical information through the access form or support email.
8. Changes
We will update this notice before materially changing the data collected or how it is used. The date at the top identifies the current version.
